Pie Fillings

We carry our pie fillings in two different sizes, a pint (16oz) and a quart (32oz). A quart will make a 9" pie. They may also be used in other desserts or as ice cream toppings. We make them with therm-flo, a type of cornstarch, to thicken the fruit. Customers tell us our pie fillings make the best pies they have ever eaten.
